Not behind me. Alongside.
I am a finance founder building two companies simultaneously Both are moving. Both need execution support that I currently do not have.
I am looking for an Executive Assistant and Content Operational— one person who can handle both my professional workflow and my personal coordination without needing constant direction.
This is a UAE-based role. In-person or hybrid in Dubai.
What the role actually looks like:
PROFESSIONAL
▸ Managing my inbox, calendar, and meeting schedule across both companies
▸ Drafting and scheduling LinkedIn content across three pages — personal, infoaccts and AI finance
▸ Investor outreach coordination — preparing follow-up materials, tracking conversations, managing decks and documents
▸ Preparing meeting briefs, research summaries, and client-facing documents
▸ Coordinating with remote team members across India, UK, and UAE. Support scruting of new hiring, cordinating recruitment process.
▸ CRM management — keeping Zoho clean, updated, and usable
PERSONAL
▸ Managing personal appointments, travel bookings, and daily scheduling
▸ Handling personal administrative tasks that currently sit on my plate
▸ Being the person who ensures nothing falls through the gap between the professional and the personal
What I need from you:
▸ Exceptional written English — you will draft content that carries my voice
▸ Genuinely organised — not just claiming to be
▸ Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where priorities shift
▸ Interested in finance, technology, or startups — not a requirement, but you will absorb it
▸ Discreet — you will handle confidential business and personal information
▸ Proactive — you tell me what I missed, not what I asked
Background that works well: executive assistant experience, content creation, operations coordination, PA or chief of staff roles in a startup or consultancy, a fresh graduates can also apply.
This is not a 9-to-5 role. It is a get-it-done role. The right person will grow with the business.
