Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant and coffee shop operations efficiently
- Supervise and lead FOH and BOH teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and municipality standards
- Prepare staff schedules and oversee manpower requirements
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
- Assist management with reports, operational planning, and cost control
- Coordinate and manage private events, celebrations, and seasonal activations when required
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall restaurant standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in UAE
- Experience in restaurant and coffee shop operations is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge in POS systems, inventory, and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy operations
- Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge and experience with events and activations is a plus
- Immediate joiners are preferred
