Sales Representative

Position Details

• Job Title: Sales Representative - Digital Services
• Job Type: Full-Time (Remote/Online)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 08h00 - 17h00

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients online and through outbound communication.
• Present and promote the company’s digital services professionally.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare quotations and communicate service benefits clearly to clients.
• Conduct online meetings and presentations with clients when required.
• Work closely with the marketing and management team to improve sales performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or digital services sales.
• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must speak at least 3 South African languages fluently (non-negotiable).
• Must be confident in communicating with clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks without supervision.
• Strong understanding of online business environments and digital services.

Technical Requirements

• Must own a reliable laptop or computer.
• Must have stable and fast WiFi/Internet connection.
• Must have a quiet and professional working environment suitable for remote work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital marketing, website services, SEO, branding, or online advertising sales will be an advantage.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
