The Part-Time Receptionist is a key member of the team who helps create a welcoming and positive experience for every visitor and customer. As the friendly face and voice of the company, this role keeps daily operations organized and running smoothly through strong communication, scheduling and administrative support. The receptionist’s professionalism and positive attitude contribute greatly to the company’s success, customer satisfaction and overall workplace atmosphere.
The schedule for this position is Thursday and Friday, 8 - 5. Extra hours are occasionally available. This is an ideal role for a retiree or student.
What You’ll Do:
- Open and close the front office area daily
- Stay informed of daily schedules and appointments
- Welcome guests and escort them to the appropriate conference rooms
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front office and conference room areas
- Receive, sort, date stamp, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Prepare and assemble sales packets and related materials
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering, along with general clerical and administrative support duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- Warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
- 3-5 years of general office or administrative experience preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Capable of occasionally lifting 10-20 lbs.
