Job Summary
Duties
- Assist in producing Olivia's premium quality croutons and stuffing, including bread cutting, producing seasoning mixes using established recipes and techniques, help with bagging and boxing croutons, general cleaning associated with food production.
- Package baked items efficiently while maintaining product integrity and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle food with care following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of stock needs.
- Work in a cooperative environment with fellow production staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in baking, or food preparation is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a food industry setting such as catering or restaurant environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper kitchen sanitation practices is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
