  5. Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  6. Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions that solve their specific problems.
  7. Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with prospective buyers and key stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

  8. Negotiation & Closing

  9. Proposals: Draft and send detailed price quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  10. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  12. Account Management & Post-Sales Support

  13. Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
