Social Media Manager / Brand Manager / Business Development Manager

About the Role

I’m looking for a creative, driven, and commercially minded individual to manage and grow my personal brand online. This role combines social media management, personal branding, content creation, and networking/business development.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Personal Brand Management

  • Manage and grow my personal social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Create and publish high-quality content including lifestyle, business, behind-the-scenes, and day-to-day content
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and coordinate reels, stories, and short-form video content
  • Develop content strategies focused on engagement, audience growth, and brand positioning
  • Stay updated on trends, viral content formats, and platform changes
  • Manage posting schedules, captions, comments, and audience engagement

Brand Management

  • Help shape and strengthen my personal brand identity online
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual style across all platforms
  • Brainstorm creative campaigns, collaborations, and growth ideas
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, or designers when required

Networking & Business Development

  • Identify collaboration opportunities, partnerships, and networking opportunities
  • Assist with outreach, relationship building, and online positioning
  • Help convert social visibility into real-world opportunities and connections

What I'm Looking For

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, branding, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of personal branding and audience growth
  • Skilled in content creation, editing, storytelling, and trend awareness
  • Highly organised, proactive, and creative
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Dubai-based or able to work closely in Dubai

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience managing personal brands, influencers, or entrepreneurs
  • Photography/videography skills
  • Editing skills for short-form content
  • Experience growing social media accounts organically
