Primarily, Teaching Assistants will be responsible for the following duties:
(i) support the design, optimization and conduct of practical classes in the undergraduate programmes;
- (ii) adaptation of course materials towards blended learning;
- (iii) teach and facilitate classes in undergraduate programmes, including relevant interdisciplinary or common curriculum courses (eg CCHPE);
- (iv) facilitation of collaborative learning workshops;
- (v) support the design, optimization and co-ordination of experiential learning in the undergraduate programmes;
- (vi) support course coordinators in managing communication and administrative needs of courses; and
- (vii) support department-led pedagogical research.

Skills:
- Ability to perform and teach the following pharmacy practice skills including medication reconciliation, medication review, dispensing, patient counseling, managing minor ailments, and providing drug information.
Experience:
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students (especially in Institutes of Higher Learning) will be considered an advantage.
