Advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, billing — all of it. You just show up, do exceptional work, and get paid well for it.

What Your Days Look Like
You'll be serving residential clients across the Greater Boston Area with:
- House Cleaning Services (serving clients who live in homes or apartments)
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning glass, and wiping down surfaces
- Managing your time independently
What We're Looking For
We're only seeking A-level cleaners — people who take pride in every job, show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat clients with genuine respect.
You'll need:
- 1+ years of professional residential cleaning experience
- General Liability Insurance
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A smartphone with a data plan
- Clear background check
- English proficiency
- A great attitude and strong work ethic
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations._
What You Can Expect From Us
- $500 - $1,500/week depending on jobs and hours
- Incentivized pay structure — the more hours you work and the better your client feedback, the more you earn
- Consistent recognition and appreciation for the work you put in
- 10-40 flexible hours/week — you control your schedule
- Monday-Friday with weekend availability as needed
- Service area: Greater Boston Area (within a 10-mile radius of Boston)
