About True Blue Pool & Spa
True Blue Pool & Spa is a fast-growing, locally owned pool service company serving Tucson and Oro Valley. We specialize in high-quality, detail-driven service and treat our customers and our team with respect.
We don’t cut corners. We don’t rush sloppy work. And we don’t hire just anyone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and maintaining residential pools
- Testing and balancing water chemistry
- Inspecting pool equipment and reporting issues
- Performing minor service tasks (we train you)
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
Most days you’ll service 15-20 pools, working independently, outdoors, in Arizona heat.
What We’re Looking For (This Matters)
You do not need prior pool experience. We do need the right attitude.
This role is a great fit if you are:
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented (you notice what others miss)
- Comfortable working alone
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Professional with customers—even on tough days
Experience in landscaping, painting, cleaning, construction, or other outdoor/home service work is a plus—but not required.

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, year-round work
- Monday-Friday (weekends off)
- $17-$20/hr depending on experience
- Performance bonuses + customer tips

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona summers
- Able to work independently
- Able to work full-time, Monday-Friday
Our Hiring Process (Important)
Our hiring process includes:

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
