Job Purpose
King’s Hands Ministries is seeking a passionate and Spirit-led Evangelist to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, win souls, and support the growth of the ministry through outreach, teaching, and community engagement. The Evangelist will play a key role in advancing the church’s mission by reaching both believers and non-believers.
Key Responsibilities
- Preach and teach the Word of God in evangelistic services, crusades, and outreach programs
- Lead and participate in community outreach initiatives (street evangelism, hospital visits, prison ministry, etc.)
- Organize and support evangelism campaigns, revival meetings, and special church events
- Minister to individuals through prayer, counseling, and spiritual guidance
- Assist in discipleship and follow-up programs for new converts
- Work closely with church leadership to develop strategies for church growth
- Represent King’s Hands Ministries with integrity and Christ-like character
- Encourage and train church members in evangelism
Performance Expectations
The Evangelist will be expected to contribute to the growth of King’s Hands Ministries through measurable outreach and discipleship efforts, while maintaining a strong spiritual foundation. This includes:
- Actively participating in regular outreach initiatives and evangelism programs
- Contributing to church growth through consistent soul-winning efforts
- Working toward agreed ministry growth goals and outreach targets (set in collaboration with leadership)
- Maintaining consistent follow-up with new converts and visitors
- Assisting in the integration and discipleship of new members
- Submitting regular outreach and progress reports (weekly/monthly)
- Balancing measurable results with genuine spiritual impact and discipleship
Minimum Requirements
- Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to evangelism
- Proven experience in preaching, teaching, or evangelistic ministry
- Good knowledge of the Bible and sound doctrine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to minister to diverse groups of people
- Willingness to travel when required
- Leadership and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal theological training or ministry certification
- Previous experience in a church or ministry environment
- Experience in organizing outreach programs or crusades
