We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organised Front Desk / Receptionist to join our chiropractic practice.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has a pleasant and confident manner, and can keep the front desk running smoothly in a busy clinic environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and premium experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and attending to patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Handling calls, WhatsApp messages, and general front desk enquiries
  • Assisting with patient registration and basic administrative work
  • Collecting payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating daily clinic flow to ensure smooth operations
  • Supporting the practitioner and team with general clinic administration
  • Maintaining a neat, organised, and professional reception area

Requirements:

  • Friendly, caring, and professional personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, punctual, and proactive
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic computer systems, and scheduling tools
  • Prior experience in reception, customer service, clinic, wellness, or healthcare settings is an advantage

What We’re Looking For

Pay: RM10.00 - RM13.00 per hour
