Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products.
- Provide product recommendations and explain product features and benefits.
- Demonstrate product usage when required.
- Suggest complementary products to enhance customer choices and shopping experience.
- Keep up to date with products, promotions, sales campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and maintain the appearance of the sales floor.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Able to start work within a short notice period is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
