Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales in On-Trade (hotels, bars, restaurants) and selective Off-Trade.
  • Drive P&L results, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and distributors.
  • Secure new accounts and increase penetration in existing ones.
  • Coordinate listings, staff training, activations, and brand visibility with distributor and

brand teams.
- Track sales performance using Salesforce / CRM / BI dashboards and maintain accurate

pipeline reporting.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity; recommend commercial actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Bahrain market regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Submit weekly updates: sales results, forecasts, pipeline, and opportunities.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in beverage, FMCG, hospitality, or distribution sales in GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of On-Trade channel dynamics.
  • Proven ability managing P&L, pricing, forecasting, and commercial planning.
  • Experience with distributors is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • WSET Level 2 (mandatory) — higher levels preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Technical Skills
- Salesforce, CRM systems, Business Intelligence dashboards (Power BI / Tableau /

similar).
- Strong Excel and reporting discipline.

Soft Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with senior hotel and group purchasing teams.
  • Organized, accountable, able to work independently.
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license (or ability to obtain).

  • Hands-on mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Team player with strong personal accountability.

Pay: BD900.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
