Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and equipment.
- Carry out electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and installation works.
- Perform plumbing maintenance, including repairs of pipes, fixtures, pumps, and drainage systems.
- Assist with HVAC maintenance, servicing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Inspect facilities and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete maintenance activities efficiently.
Requirements:
- Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
- Proven experience as a Multi Technician, Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
- Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance-related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical diploma, ITI, vocational certification, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential properties, hotels, hospitals, or facility management environments.
- Relevant trade certifications will be an added advantage.
- Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
