Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently available in Bahrain.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in Bahrain or GCC markets.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer networks.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
