Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in Bahrain or GCC markets.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer networks.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
