Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in any field with minimum 1 year working experience.
- Ability to organize and preserve paper documents.
- An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining proper and systematic filing of all documents and records of the Quality Assurance Department.
- Responsible to log in data/ information into respective log book.
- Coordinating with all relevant department on distribution for new revision of forms, logbooks, SOPs and STPs.
- Responsible for retrieval of superseded and obsoleted SOP and STP from respective departments.
- Work closely with all department to ensure all related SOP/ STP system are in-place.
- Must able to do multitasking jobs.
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
