Key Responsibilities
- Mix paints accurately based on customer requirements and specifications
- Handle counter sales and assist walk-in customers
- Provide product recommendations (decorative & protective paints)
- Maintain proper stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the mixing area
- Prepare invoices and process billing
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in paint mixing (preferably with brands like Hempel or Jotun)
- Knowledge of decorative and protective coatings
- Good communication and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/invoicing)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
