Sales Engineer - Commercial Division (Industrial, Marine Equipment & Parts)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our Commercial Division, specializing in Industrial Equipment, Marine Equipment, Compressors, and Automotive Parts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Bahrain/GCC Driving License.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry.
- Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of:
- Compressors
- Industrial Equipment and Spare Parts
- Marine Equipment and Spare Parts
- Automotive Parts
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotional activities.
- Capable of handling both sales and administrative responsibilities.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and preparation of sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell the company's range of industrial, marine, and automotive products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct market analysis and provide regular sales and market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
Compensation
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and proven performance.
Pay: BD400.000 - BD700.000 per month
