Casual Team Member
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving menu items, operating the cash register, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with day-to-day store operations. You will play an important part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and serving food and dessert items
- Processing customer orders and payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Restocking supplies and assisting with store presentation
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is an advantage but not required

This is a casual position based at Pakuranga Plaza, next to Game Over. Weekend, weekday, public holiday, and school holiday availability is preferred.
Pay: $23.95 per hour
