Bliink Studio Sourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Media & Print Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and production tracking of physical media, marketing collaterals, and high-volume print materials. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative execution and supply chain management—ensuring that all promotional, digital, and print assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Print & Media Sourcing: Oversee the end-to-end procurement of print materials, packaging, signage, and promotional assets based on creative briefs and production schedules.
- Supplier Management & Negotiation: Source, evaluate, and onboard trusted printing houses, paper suppliers, and media vendors. Negotiate competitive print production costs, volume discounts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Production Quality Control: Verify technical printing specifications (such as paper weight, finishes, color profiles, and dimensions) before production runs. Conduct quality assessments to ensure the final output aligns with brand guidelines.
- Timeline & Logistics Coordination: Issue purchase orders (POs), track production timelines, and coordinate with distribution partners to ensure seamless delivery to various regional sites or clients.
- Spend Analysis & Reporting: Leverage advanced Excel models to track production expenditures, calculate total cost of ownership (TCO), and provide regular cost-savings and budget allocation reports to leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or production coordination, specifically specializing in print production, media assets, advertising materials, or creative agency supply chains.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, digital, large format), material substrates, prepress requirements, and pricing structures.
- Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for tracking production costs, quote comparisons, and timelines) and experience using modern ERP or procurement management platforms.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, strict attention to technical detail, and the ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal creative teams and manage external manufacturing partners.
