Job Summary
Clayte Com Corporate Procurement is looking for a strategic, results-driven Sourcing Team Lead to guide our procurement operations and manage a team of sourcing professionals. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize vendor performance, and drive high-impact cost-saving projects. You will act as the key escalation point and strategic partner, aligning sourcing activities with global corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of sourcing specialists and buyers. Manage daily workflows, delegate project queues, and ensure the team hits key procurement deliverables.
- End-to-End Strategic Sourcing: Lead high-value RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, from initial market research and stakeholder alignment through to final vendor selection and contract award.
- Contract & Commercial Negotiation: Drive complex negotiations covering enterprise pricing, master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), SLAs, and international credit terms.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders, providing regular updates on sourcing pipelines, market intelligence, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Data Automation & Reporting: Leverage advanced data tools to monitor spend categories, track team KPIs, evaluate supplier risk, and deliver comprehensive cost-reduction reports to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, corporate procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior capacity within a global BPO or international corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, performance tracking) and extensive hands-on experience utilizing enterprise ERP platforms or specialized e-sourcing tools.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, commercial negotiation, and contract review skills. Strong structural problem-solving and change-management capabilities.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to confidently present data insights and build rapport with global stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Pay: Up to BD744.440 per month
