Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning: Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Team coordination: Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
- Documentation: Maintain project records, reports, and progress updates.
- Risk management: Identify potential issues and escalate them to project managers.
- Client communication: Support client updates, feedback sessions, and status reporting.
- Quality assurance: Ensure deliverables meet company and client standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination or project support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
