Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Lounge Operations Supervisor to oversee daily lounge operations, ensure seamless guest experiences, and lead a motivated team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership: Supervise lounge staff, schedule shifts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Guest experience: Ensure guests receive exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Operational efficiency: Monitor lounge operations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold service standards.
- Inventory management: Oversee supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage stock levels.
- Compliance & safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality or lounge operations (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Competitive monthly salary (average range in Isa Town:BHD 442-760, depending on experience).
