Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Supervisor to oversee IT projects, manage technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in IT project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Project oversight: Supervise IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Team leadership: Manage technical staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Client communication: Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Risk management: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Compliance & standards: Ensure adherence to IT policies, industry standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT project supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage complex projects under pressure.

- Competitive monthly salary (average range in Manama:BHD 349-925, with senior-level supervisors earning up to BHD 5,000 in certain industries).
