Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure smooth delivery of software projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Team coaching: Mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
- Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder communication: Ensure transparency by providing updates to stakeholders and management.
- Risk management: Proactively address challenges and remove impediments to project success.
- Metrics tracking: Monitor team performance and report on sprint progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in software development or project management, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary (average range in Manama:BHD 1,000-1,500, with senior Scrum Masters earning up to BHD 2,500+).
