Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Service Delivery Manager to support service delivery operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth IT service management. This role is ideal for professionals with foundational experience in IT service delivery who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Service delivery coordination: Assist in managing IT service delivery processes and ensure client satisfaction.
- Client communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Incident management: Support the resolution of service incidents and escalate when necessary.
- Process improvement: Recommend enhancements to service delivery workflows.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions.
- Team support: Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure efficient service operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT service delivery, support, or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
