Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities, including design, procurement, and construction
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Oversee site teams and ensure efficient workflow and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
- Valid driving license in Oman (preferred)

How to Apply:
