Job Title: Maintenance Manager Company Overview Bahrain Middle East Bank B.S.C. - Physical Address: BMB Centre, Building 135, Road 1702, Block 317, Diplomatic Area, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Facility Oversight: Plan and schedule periodic maintenance for all plant, equipment, and building machinery to ensure general reliability.
- MEP Management: Supervise and coordinate all MEP-related tasks, including inspections, testing, and critical repairs.
- Strategic Planning: Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to improve overall building performance.
- Vendor & Procurement: Coordinate with procurement teams and external vendors for materials and specialized services; manage maintenance inventory and spare parts lists. [1, 2]
- Financial Control: Monitor and control maintenance costs, preparing monthly reports on expenditures and facility status for management.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and building codes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and train maintenance technicians and administrative staff to ensure prompt response to work orders and emergency repairs. [1, 2]
- Age: Must be at least 23 years old.
- Residency: Must be a current resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Legal Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Bahrain (valid CPR and work permit).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or engineering management, preferably within a commercial office tower or financial institution.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, proficiency in maintenance software (CMMS), and excellent organizational skills.
- Language: Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
Working Arrangements & Compensation
- Work Setup: Full-time, on-site position at BMB Centre, Manama.
- Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00.
Pay: BD2,000.000 - BD3,000.000 per month
