We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in construction commercial and contract-related activities.
Experience: 3-7 years in Quantity Surveying
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Languages: Good command of English & Hindi
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Prepare BOQs, estimates, cost plans, and quantity take-offs:
Conduct site measurements and interim valuations:
Review and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations:
Assist with procurement and subcontract administration:
Handle variations, change orders, and claims:
Monitor project costs and expenditures
Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost reconciliation:
Prepare monthly commercial reports and final accounts:
Understand construction contract conditions and commercial clauses:
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings:
Maintain accurate commercial and cost records
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel:
Familiarity with professional quantity take-off/measurement software:
Basic knowledge of MEP quantities
Construction-sector experience is essential.
