Join a growing Construction Team in Bahrain!
We are seeking a skilled Construction Planning Engineer who can effectively manage project schedules, monitor site progress and support the successful delivery of building projects.
Experience: 3-7 years
Project Background: Villas / High-Rise Buildings
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Languages: English & Hindi
Availability: Immediate / Short Notice preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update project master schedules and baseline programs:
- Establish appropriate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for construction activities
- Track site progress against approved schedules and highlight deviations
- Identify critical activities using CPM and assess their impact on project completion
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly planning reports for management
- Assist in developing recovery programs for delayed activities
- Coordinate with construction, procurement and subcontractor teams to maintain project timelines
- Monitor procurement schedules, material lead times and subcontractor performance
- Track productivity and support project performance analysis
Prepare and maintain S-curves and progress dashboards:
Provide planning information for EOT, delay analysis and claims support:
Work with project teams to ensure construction activities are properly sequenced
Required Software & Knowledge
Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
Advanced Microsoft Excel
MS Word & PowerPoint
Construction planning and scheduling techniques
EVM and productivity tracking
FIDIC contract awareness
Ability to read and coordinate Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
