GATE is a leading enrichment centre dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.

We’re looking for a relationship-driven Education Consultant (Sales & Admissions) to guide parents through our assessment and admissions process. This is a consultative role, not cold calling—you’ll work with parents who have already expressed interest in our programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct educational consultations and recommend suitable programmes
  • Encourage parents to book assessments and trial lessons
  • (Present assessment results and personalised learning recommendations)
  • Convert assessments and trials into enrolments
  • Build long-term relationships with families
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospective parents
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver a seamless parent experience

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in sales, admissions, business development, customer success or relationship management
  • Enjoys building relationships and communicating with parents
  • Is organised, proactive and results-driven
  • Has excellent communication and follow-up skills

Experience in the following industries is an advantage:

  • International school or preschool admissions
  • Student care or enrichment centres
  • Premium retail
  • Other advisory or consultative sales roles
