Villa Mamas is looking for a skilled and passionate CDP - Baker to join our culinary team in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and bakery products according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Prepare and handle dough, fillings, creams, and other bakery ingredients.
- Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of bakery products and ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Support the Chef de Cuisine and bakery team with daily production requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.
- Follow all company SOPs and kitchen safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CDP Baker / Baker in a professional restaurant, hotel, or bakery environment.
- Good knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and bakery production.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
