Main Duties & Requirements
Partner with 2 Sales & Operations Assistants to provide dedicated on-site commercial support for FairPrice (FP) stores, particularly following the expansion of OJJ's Frozen Pork SKU conversion and Australia Chilled Pork business.
Manage an assigned FP stores under a zonal coverage model, with the Sales & Operations team divided into three zones to ensure efficient store support.
Build and maintainstrong working relationships with Store Managers, Team Leaders, and Storekeepers to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Conduct regular store visits to support:
- Product merchandising and availability
- RTV (Return-to-Vendor) verification and follow-up
- Product quality checks and issue resolution
- Sales execution and operational support
Provide proactive feedback on store issues, promotional execution, and operational improvementsto the Commercial team.
Working Hours
5.5 working days (Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm, Saturday: 8am to 12pm)
