This position includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
Broker Load -- data entry: input new MLS listings, edit listings, update price changes/expiry dates, update the status of a listing, upload photos, add listing attachments, search listing properties.

Typing -- prepare documents: offers, amendments, notice of fulfillment and other related documents when requested.

Supplies -- maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies.

Additional Duties -- Assist agents with varied requests ie: printing feature sheets, typing letters and other documents, add property photos to individual listings etc. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior Real Estate Admin/Reception Experience
  • Experienced with TRREB/MLS/Stratus/Webforms/Authentisign, BrokerBay, Gmail/Google Workspace
  • Adaptable, Reliable and Flexible
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, Friendly outgoing, including professional telephone manner
  • Team Player
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, excellent time management skills

Part-time, Permanent
Shifts are scheduled on a monthly basis
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Evenings 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Some Saturdays - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Some Sundays - 10:00 am - 3:00pm
