Callnovo Contact Center is a professional Canadian-based outsourced global call center with 18+ years of customer service outsourcing solutions. Currently, We are looking for an Experience Customer Retention Agent for one of our software account, who have German/English Bilingual languages ablilities.
- Support German working time, 9 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Able to support German everning shift & Weekend shift
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Fluent German & English language abilities
- Have a high degree of empathy, patience and resourcefulness
- Able to follow processes and instructions
- Good knowledge of a PC in Windows environment
- Be always ready to put the customer first and be passionate about helping others
Job Duties:
- Answering questions and solving issues regarding the customer's purchase
- Customer retention

Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month
