About The Company:
Our client is a well-established, mid-sized business wholesale business that import products from all around the world. They have a strong focus on the quality of their products and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to their customers across Australia and New Zealand.

About The Opportunity:
Some of your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Procurement management
  • Supplier relationship communications
  • Incoming freight and logistics coordination
  • Working as part of the leadership and wider business teams

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Procurement or Purchasing role
  • Industry and supply chain management knowledge - imports/international
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Mid/Expert level Excel Skills and working knowledge of inventory management software (ERP)

You will also have:

  • Strong negotiation skills and demonstration of high-level stakeholder management
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to think strategically and to contribute to the business direction
