Location: Plaza Lowyat, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
- Verify, process and follow-up on customer's warranty claims with technical department & suppliers
- Prepare and submit relevant periodic reports and ensure accuracy of data entry into the inventory & warranty system
- Ensure prompt response to customers inquiry, prompt warranty replacement from suppliers and prompt delivery of stocks
- Ensure proper filling & documentation is done as well as stocks/warranty items are clearly labelled and stored in designated storage area
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Good Administrative, organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous, attention to detail, computer literate & customer service oriented
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and able to interact with people at all levels & with external parties
- Possess computer product knowledge is an added advantage

Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
