- Responsibilities:_

1. Existing Client Development:

  • Define client-specific sales targets and maintain account plans for growth.
  • Build rapport with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted SPOC.
  • Execute and track performance of client-specific campaigns, adapting activities based on ROI.
  • Develop client and regional demand trends, ensuring alignment with high-priority skills and location needs.
  • Actively sell and promote on-platform talent based on client preferences to generate demand.
  • Scope client requirements and collaborate with customer service and talent & community teams for end-to-end fulfillment.
  • Increase awareness of the Outsized value proposition across client organizations.
  • Contribute to promoting, selling, building, and developing the 'Virtual Bench' offering.

2. New Client Development:

  • Support lead generation, campaign development, and onboarding of new clients.
  • Assist in activities associated with entering new sectors and geographies.
  • Job Requirements:_
  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B/enterprise sales in growth markets across APAC (service or technology sales).
  • Proven expertise in growing large-scale blue-chip client accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Passion for understanding client needs and delivering genuine value and great experiences.
  • Strong commercial skill set with a focus on creating tangible value.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales, relationship & account management plans.
  • Ability to independently develop sales collateral.
  • Strong and engaging communicator, proficient in English, and experienced in dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
  • People-oriented, energized by connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and building rapport.
  • Comfortable working with data and commonly used sales tools and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office core product suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: From RM10,000.00 per month
