YOUR ROLE:
You are responsible for:

  • A correct onboarding in payroll & benefits
  • Correct payroll calculations
  • All systems correctly & timely set up prior to onboarding day
  • Correct set up of the time system
  • Documentation correctly collected
  • Promotion & off cycle increase correctly implemented & reflected in payroll & benefits system
  • Ensuring operational exit of employees, leaving the organisation
  • Implementing the exit package in payroll & generating exit documents
  • Following up on CDD extensions/terminations with Talent Liaison
  • Ensuring benefits are updated
  • Ensuring final payment
  • Being the point of contact for employees for all questions & support, related to sickness or leaves
  • Timely and accurate payment of all employees

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social law.
  • You have at least three years of experience in HR Operations (payroll, hris, benefit administration).
  • You are fully proficient in French and have a very good knowledge of English.
  • You have experience in working with HR Software (Successfactors, Eblox, ProTime).
  • You are fully proficient in Excel.
  • You are well organized and accurate.
  • You are a strong communicator and you have a flexible mindset.

OUR OFFER:

  • A project of at least six months with chance of extension. Both a freelance contract as an CDD or CDI are possible.
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Attractive salary package (for CDD/CDI). Day rate for freelancers is negotiable!
