Position Summary

Responsible for handling all incoming calls (local / overseas). Welcoming visitors, solving their problems and providing information to fulfill visitors’ and staff’s requirement in a satisfactory and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all incoming calls (local / overseas).
  • Welcoming visitors, solving their problems and providing information to fulfill visitors’ and staff’s requirement in a satisfactory and professional manner.
  • Coordinating with juristic persons in any matter and distributing mails and parcels to respective partners and tenants without delay
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are set up as per user's requirement and ensure the cleanliness and availability of all required stationery are arranged.
  • Monitor the work of office maid and tea lady on a day-to-day basis.

Required qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any fields.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy.
  • Service-minded, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Background as telephone operator and receptionist is preferred.
