Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Experience & Hospitality:
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable stay.
- Address guest concerns, special requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while interacting with guests.
- Oversee room service, housekeeping, and concierge operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
2. Property Maintenance & Upkeep:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure that the property is well-maintained and clean.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any property repairs, issues, or improvements.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all hotel facilities (rooms, lobby, common areas, etc.).
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel equipment and fixtures.
3. Operations & Administration:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins/check-outs and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and review room occupancy records, bookings, and reservations.
- Assist in managing the hotel’s inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
4. Financial Oversight:
Assist in preparing reports on financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Help manage guest billing, invoicing, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Education: A degree in Hospitality Management is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role, preferably in a boutique or small-scale property.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with poise.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
Working Conditions:
- Location: 9-room boutique hotel in the scenic area of Manali.
- Hours: 12 hrs. with Break Shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- The property may have seasonal variations in guest traffic, requiring adaptable work schedules.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits such as accommodation, meals during shifts, and opportunities for professional growth and training.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
