At DeviceAtlas, we provide the mission-critical intelligence that powers the global digital landscape, and we are looking for a strategic, hands-on Finance Manager to lead our Dublin-based shared services team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, 15-month maternity cover starting in April/May, where you will oversee the finance function for our parent company and multiple international entities. Collaborating closely with our US-based counterparts, you will be the linchpin of our fiscal operations—managing everything from group consolidations and statutory compliance to annual forecasting.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Dublin finance team
- Month-end close and management accounts for several entities
- Quarter-end close and group consolidated managements accounts
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Managing the external audit
- Payroll and liaising with Payroll providers
- Cash-flow monitoring and reporting
- Compliance with local statutory requirements, e.g., VAT/VIES, CT returns, etc.
- Compliance with US statutory requirements e.g., CT returns
- Annual forecasting and budgeting
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Ad-hoc project work
Professional
- Qualified ACA, preferably from an audit background, with at least five years post-qualification experience
- Experience with multinational, multicurrency environments
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Good academic results
- M&A accounting experience an advantage
