Part Time Residential Inventory Clerk

About the role

This is a part time role suitable for someone who is available 2 or 3 days a week with the occasional weekend availability.

As a residential inventory clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending appointments to conduct inventory reports, check in and check out reports of residential properties using InventoryBase app, before tenancies start and after tenancies end
  • Meeting tenants, letting agents and landlords during appointments
  • Managing questions by tenants/ agents and landlords during appointments
  • Managing appointments with disruptions (ie cleaners on site, keys delayed, etc)
  • Checking quality of your own work before submitting for review to management
  • Meeting deadlines to submit reports on time ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Using modern technology like voice to text
  • Taking sharp and accurate photos managing the report creating software to a high standard
  • Follow strict guidelines in completing reports
  • Attending appointments at a considerable distance (within the areas mentioned in the intro) to ensure smooth running of the operation
  • Collecting and returning keys from landlords/agents/ etc (sometimes including considerable travel distance)

Minimum requirements

  • Proven experience in the property industry
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Own Car
  • Own Laptop and Phone
  • A real interest and passion in the property industry

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £35,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
