Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as trade associations, corporate clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders such as academic schools and departments.:
Identify new business opportunities such as joint partnerships with industry and internal stakeholders.:
Co-create customised training solutions that meet clients’ and learners’ needs.:
Business DevelopmentLead efforts to grow the client base in support of the institution’s objectives in continuing education and training (CET) and workplace learning.:
Negotiate and formalise partnerships and collaborations to enhance the institution’s reach and offerings.:
Drive enrolments by generating and converting leads through targeted marketing and outreach activities.:
OperationsDevelop collaboration agreement and training proposals, including pricing considerations, to secure deals with external stakeholder:
Organise and participate in education fairs, conferences, and workshops to promote the institution’s brand and offerings.:
Develop marketing content and maintain outreach platforms, including the website and social media channels.:
[What we are looking for]
We are seeking a client-centric professional to join our Business Development team.:
Qualification in any discipline, with at least 5 years of working experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a business development role.:
Strong industry networks and excellent networking skills, with the ability to engage organisations on CET and workplace learning initiatives.:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in delivering presentations to business leaders and senior management.:
A proactive team player with a strong sense of initiative.:
Demonstrated project and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and respond promptly to demands.:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; resourceful and a fast learner, able to acquire knowledge across different domains and sectors.:
Familiarity with the training provider landscape and SkillsFuture initiatives is advantageous, though not essential.:
Willing to travel occasionally (approximately 1 to 2 times per year).:
